My health and fitness journey began a decade ago when I struggled with a poor relationship with food and exercise. I battled binge eating, fell for countless fad diets, and spent hours on cardio without a clear plan. I wanted to feel strong and healthy, but instead felt inflamed and weak. Progress came slowly, and I often felt lost amid the overwhelming, conflicting information in the fitness world.

After several years of learning and trial and error, I shifted my focus to tracking my macros with a focus on protein and whole foods and lifting weights consisitently. I learned how to fuel my body and truly feel good from the inside out. I discovered the importance of eating and training in a sustainable way to feel my best. In 2016, I became a certified personal trainer, earned my fitness nutrition certification, and began training clients at my gym.

I was in the best shape of my life when becoming a mom in 2023 completely reshaped my definition of “normal.” While I’m absolutely in love with my son, the postpartum phase hit me harder than I expected. Throughout my pregnancy, I maintained an active lifestyle and continued my workouts, but adjusting to life with a newborn brought unexpected challenges. I had to learn how to find balance and navigate this new chapter while still prioritizing my health and well-being. Before becoming a mom, I was always able to carve out time for workouts & meal prep, even while working 40-60 hours a week. But postpartum life was a whole new ball game, and I wasn’t prepared for the emotional and physical toll it would take that first year.

Life happens, and when things get chaotic, our health is often the first thing to slide. After going through that first year of postpartum, I developed a desire to create an online training platform that moms and busy working women could use to stay on track, rather than spiral and play catch-up. My mission is to help you cut through the noise and create a realistic, sustainable plan that will allow you to finally reach—and maintain—your goals for good.

Over the past decade, I’ve learned how to build a healthy, sustainable lifestyle that truly works. I’ve come to believe that we often overcomplicate things, when the key to thriving is returning to the basics—focusing on whole foods & protein, staying hydrated, lifting weights, walking daily, and simply moving our bodies. While this may sound simple, staying accountable is often the toughest part.
